- Drop in the Bucket is an INGO that provides water and sanitation to schools in East Africa, with a primary focus on Uganda and South Sudan. We believe that by providing these facilities we are encouraging the girls to stay in school.
The female drop out rate in East Africa is staggering. This region will never pull itself out of the poverty cycle unless it utilizes this important resource, Our primary focus is not just constructing boreholes but keeping children, especially girls, in school through improved sanitation facilities.
